Overview
pierogioke is a pierogi discothèque: half dumpling, half disco ball, all party. The concept mashes comfort food with karaoke nights, so the identity had to be loud, funny, and impossible to take too seriously while still working across a menu, a marquee, and a phone screen at 11:42 PM.
The mark
The logo fuses a pierogi with a disco ball, one half doughy and hand-drawn, the other half mirrored and mid-spin. Paired with a bubbly wordmark and a serif 'discothèque,' it flips between magenta, black, and white, and drops onto any color in the palette without losing the joke.
Color
Hot magenta (#FF00FF) leads, backed by soft pink, near-black, and warm creams, then opened up into a full disco spectrum of electric blues, purples, limes, and corals. The mark is built to sit happily on every one of them, so the brand can change outfits as often as the dance floor does.
Type
Three voices for three moods: Blenny Black brings retro-serif swagger, BD Caramel Bubble is the bubbly headline face behind the wordmark, and Industry Black keeps things punchy and condensed. Together they can shout a marquee or whisper a menu note.
Voice & ads
The voice is pure deadpan disco. 'Pierogi Night Fever.' 'Powered by potatoes, not algorithms.' 'Finally, a startup with actual filling.' 'Home of the 11:42 PM Whitney Houston attempt.' It is a brand that knows exactly how silly it is and leans all the way in.
In the world
Built for the feed and the floor: Instagram stories, a social grid mixing venue shots with food and copy, and nightlife imagery that puts the mark right in the middle of the sweaty, glittering fun.
Pattern
The wordmark and mark tile into a step-and-repeat, framed by a magenta-and-black checkerboard, ready for a photo wall, a coaster, or the back of a jacket.
Come hungry, leave famous
Mic in one hand, pierogi in the other. The disco ball is spinning, someone just requested ABBA, and nobody remembers the second verse. Come hungry, leave famous.
